Equipment Upgrades and Automation

With our state-of-the-art retrofits, older injection moulding machines can now be upgraded with new control systems as well as servo driven pumps to reduce electrical consumption and so increase machine lifespan as well as profitability.

Injection Moulding Products

We also do custom injection moulding of caps and closures, injection stretch blow moulding of PET bottles up to 6 litre capacity, and a variety of plastic products for the packaging, personal care, medical, food & beverage and cosmetic industries.

Product Concept & Design

With our extensive experience in the industry, we are able to assist you with any new designs, from initial concept and machine requirements, to finished product.

Material Handling Service Centre

80%-90% of your production costs are raw materials. To minimise costs your material handling equipment needs to be in perfect working order. We have a service centre specific to this need, where we will refurbish your equipment, restoring the unit back to its original condition, calibrate, test and recommission the unit in your plant. We provide a 1year warrantee on refurbished units for your peace of mind. Turn-around times are kept to an absolute minimum, ensuring as little impact on your production as possible.

3D Prototyping of Products

With on-site 3D Printing capability, prototyping of new products are done quickly and timeously.

Machine Refurbishment

With the increasing costs of new machinery, refurbishment of existing equipment is usually a viable option. We will restore your older machines back to their original condition, or upgrade your machine as per your requirements.
